something that finally worked

i'm a 40yr old black woman who used prescribed drugs for a good 10yrs of my life. the other years i just accepted the acne and let my skin be. in 2012 i just got tired of the breakouts and began my search for a natural "cure". the first thing i did was change my entire diet. i no longer eat meat, poultry, fish or processed foods. that helped a little bit, but the ACV was the icing on the cake to clear up my skin. i was already using ACV but diluting it to much. the two tbsp with 1/2 cup of grape juice cleared my skin within two or so weeks. i'm using lime juice (what i have on hand now) and honey to see if the spots will now go away. i am grateful and thankful for finding this gem of a book.

Very impressed with results...

I am a 41yr old female who has suffered with acne & cystic acne what seems like all my life. I've tried everything over the counter imaginable, plus countless prescription lotions, ointments and pills. I've had two rounds of accutane, and while these things will temporarily clear me up, it always comes back and usually worse than before treatment. I came across this ebook by accident, & was extremely skeptical, but thought I could always get a refund if it sounded too off the wall or recommended things I couldn't find or afford.
I can't say how glad I am that I read this book & tried the recommended (natural) products. Its been almost 3 weeks since I began, and I cannot believe the difference in my skin. It is pretty much amazing. I keep waiting for it to stop working, but am enjoying my practically clear face for the first time in YEARS. I've recommended book to friends & family and can't wait to see if they try it. Its amazing how much more self esteem and confidence you have when you aren't trying to hide your face!
I sincerely hope it continues to work for me and if anything changes, I'll amend or update my review.

So I have been following the guidelines of this booklet more or less for about a month now. I decided to quit my minocyclin cold turkey and try these methods the booklet calls for instead. I have to say, I haven't been "cured" but I'm making way more progress with these natural remedies than with my previous pharmaceuticals. My acne turns over much quicker and doesn't leave stubborn scars or dark marks behind. I'm very hopeful I'm on the right path. In addition to the booklet's advice, I have been applying a turmeric paste to my face nightly as well. I'm pleased my skin tone is brightening up and evening out.
Ps- I have a fairly tan skin tone, so I tend to get very dark scarring from the acne, no matter what. This factor seems to be subsiding due to this booklet's advice!
