Worst online purchase I have ever made

I read the details before reading the book; "Good" was all it said. There is coffee stains, water damage, writing in the book, "bunny ears" and an entire chapter is ripped out of the book. I guess the meaning of the word "good" has changed, because I haven't seen a book this beat up before. I believe "poor" would have been a more proper word for this book's condition.
My class (associated with this book) started a week after my other classes, so I didn't bother to open the book up until I needed it, not to mention I ordered expedited and it took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I was unable to get my assignment completed for my class, but I guess that's my fault for not opening the book the second I got it (about 5 days before my assignment was due).
I would recommend providing pictures and more accurate descriptions of the book, so desperate students don't have to be disappointed when they have to order books online when their local book store runs out of the book.

I bought the book for my fall semester and it was good. Fast shipping. Not much highlighter, just the way described. Didn't use it as often as I thought I might, but it was a must for tests.
