About the Author
Lee Janogly is a diet counsellor, fitness intructor and, most importantly, an ex-binger: her weight used to fluctuate by 5 stone! She is also the author of Stop Bingeing! (Right Way books) which took the press by storm and sold 12,000 copies last year alone. She writes regularly on health and slimming issues for many newspapers and magazines and had a column in Slimming magazine for three years. She runs regular weight loss courses for bingers at her centre in Hampstead, London.

I have an interest in food and being slim and found this book to contain the best advice I have ever come across. From eating amazing, healthy food to the use of sentences like "I choose not to eat certain foods". It's all really helpful. You're trying for a few rules with the result that your cravings will stop!I love a challenge me!, I'm on day 10 and already feel great! I would recommend this book to everyone!

Life Changing

After a friend bought, read, and implemented the changes recommended in this book she made me read it.
Four points of the book that stung. 1) I choose my weight based on what I put into my mouth 2) A craving is just a feeling...it will pass 3) If someone has "made" you feel upset and you eat in response...that person get's to hurt you twice 4) Why do we keep trying diets when they don't work.
Today is my 4th week sugar free and I've lost 9 lbs. I'm not measuring my food, I'm not counting points, calories, or carbs and, I'm not journaling. The 1st day I went to Weight Watchers years ago in my hundredth attempt to lose weigh...the instructor held up an eating journal that I think was a 3 month journal...she said "I have more than 20 of the these complete at home" It was terribly un-motivating for me. I didn't want to eat that way, and write down everything I ate for 10 years to maintain a slim figure.
The book doesn't tell you what to eat, the author doesn't know what you like. I am eating in a way I can live with for the rest of my life.
